I found the course very practical and well-structured. Coming from a background in healthcare administration in India, I wanted to deepen my understanding of medical documentation standards, and this course fit the bill. I enjoyed the case studies that required me to analyze and organize medical records—it was a great way to apply theoretical knowledge. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that some of the software simulations were a bit outdated compared to the tools I use at work. Still, the core concepts and best practices I learned were invaluable. Stanmore School of Business did a great job with this program!
