The Operations Management Strategy course at Stanmore School of Business was a great learning experience for me. As a detail-oriented person, I appreciated the thorough explanations and examples provided in the course materials. I found the topics on total quality management and lean operations to be particularly interesting, and I enjoyed working on the individual assignment that required me to analyze a company's operations and recommend improvements.
