I took the Instructional Design course at Stanmore School of Business and it was a great experience! I learned a lot about how to design and deliver instruction that really works. The course was pretty comprehensive, covering everything from needs assessment to evaluation. I liked that the instructors used a lot of real-life examples to illustrate the concepts - it made it easier to understand and apply. One thing that really stood out to me was the section on multimedia design. I had no idea how much went into creating engaging and effective multimedia content, but now I feel like I have a good handle on it. The course materials were also really well-organized and easy to follow. My only suggestion would be to add more interactive elements to the course, like discussions or group projects. Overall, though, I'm really happy with what I learned and feel like it will help me in my career as an instructional designer.
