As a construction professional, I was looking to gain a deeper understanding of lean principles and how to apply them in my work. The course provided a detailed overview of the key concepts and tools, including 'Kaizen Events' and 'Six Sigma'. I appreciated the fact that the course materials were tailored to the construction industry, with lots of examples and case studies that were relevant to my work. The course also provided a lot of opportunities for reflection and self-assessment, which helped me to identify areas where I need to improve. One area for improvement would be to include more local examples and case studies from Africa, but overall, I'm satisfied with the course and would recommend it to my colleagues.
