I recently had the opportunity to take the Lean Construction Practices course at Stanmore School of Business, and I must say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening experience. As a civil engineer in Egypt, I was keen to expand my knowledge of lean construction principles and their application in the field. The course content was comprehensive and well-structured, with a good balance! of theoretical and practical aspects. I found the section on supply chain management to be particularly informative, as it provided valuable insights into the importance of collaboration and communication between stakeholders.
