Hey guys, I just finished the Certificate in Lean Construction Practices (Advanced) at Stanmore School of Business and I'm really happy with what I learned. The course was pretty cool, it covered a lot of topics like waste reduction, process mapping, and performance metrics. I liked how the instructors used real-life examples to explain the concepts, it made it easier to understand. The course materials were also pretty good, they had lots of case studies and exercises that helped me practice what I learned.
