The course content was highly relevant and helped me achieve my learning goals of streamlining our construction document workflow. I gained practical knowledge on how to identify and eliminate waste, optimize our workflow, and implement lean principles in our construction projects. The course materials were of high quality, and the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive. I'm extremely satisfied with the course and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their construction document workflow.
I took the Lean Construction Document Workflow Optimization course to improve my skills in construction management, and I'm glad I did!
