I recently completed the Autism Technology and Assistive Devices course at Stanmore School of Business, and I must say it was a game-changer for me. As a special education teacher, I was looking to enhance my knowledge and skills in using technology to support students with autism. The course exceeded my expectations in every way. The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, and the course materials were relevant and up-to-date. I particularly appreciated the hands-on exercises and case studies that allowed me to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. One of the most significant takeaways for me was learning how to use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices to support students with complex communication needs.
