As a public health professional in India, I was interested in learning more about health systems and how to manage them effectively. The course covered a wide range of topics, including healthcare policy, financing, and quality improvement. I found the course materials to be comprehensive and well-structured, with plenty of examples and case studies to illustrate key concepts. One thing that I found particularly useful was the section on healthcare financing - I had never really understood how health insurance works, but now I feel much more confident in my knowledge. Overall, I'm happy with what I learned, and I think it will help me in my work. However, I did find some of the assignments to be a bit tedious, and I wish there had been more interaction with the instructor.
