I loved the section on persuasive speaking, which taught me how to craft a compelling argument and deliver it with confidence. I found the section on handling questions and answers to be particularly helpful, as it gave me some useful tips on how to think on my feet and respond to tough questions. The course materials were well-organized and easy to follow, with plenty of examples and case studies to illustrate the key concepts. Overall, I'm happy with the course and feel like it's helped me to become a more effective and confident public speaker.
