I took the Certificado Avançado Em Segurança Alimentar (Advanced) course at Stanmore School of Business, and it was a great learning experience. The course covered a lot of ground, from food safety regulations to auditing and certification. I found the modules on risk management and supply chain safety to be particularly useful, as they helped me understand how to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the food industry. The course materials were well-organized and easy to follow, and the instructors were knowledgeable and responsive.
