As a food technologist in Singapore, I was looking to gain a deeper understanding of the science behind nutrition, and this course delivered. The course materials were comprehensive and well-structured, with plenty of examples and illustrations to help reinforce key concepts. I appreciated the focus on evidence-based practice and the critical thinking skills required to evaluate scientific research. One area for improvement might be the addition of more interactive elements, such as group projects or live sessions, to enhance the learning experience.
