I'm so grateful to have taken the Mental Health Support course at Stanmore School of Business! As a future counselor, I needed a comprehensive understanding of mental health issues and how to provide effective support. This course exceeded my expectations in every way. The instructor's expertise and the quality of the course materials were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the section on trauma-informed care, which gave me practical tools to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients.
