As a detail-oriented person, I appreciated the course's focus on the technical aspects of project management, such as scheduling and budgeting. The instructor was very thorough in their explanations and provided plenty of examples to illustrate the concepts. I also found the course materials to be of high quality, with plenty of diagrams, charts, and tables to help reinforce my understanding. One area for improvement could be to include more case studies from the European region, as most of the examples were from the US or other countries. Nevertheless, I'm very satisfied with the course and I feel that it has given me a solid foundation in construction project management principles and practices.
