I took the Clinical Nutrition Science Specialist Certificate (Postgraduate) course at Stanmore School of Business with the goal of improving my knowledge in clinical nutrition to better support my clients in Japan. The course provided a comprehensive overview of nutrition science and its application in clinical settings, which was helpful in deepening my understanding of the subject. I particularly appreciated the focus on nutrition and disease prevention, as well as the discussion of different dietary approaches and their effects on human health. The course materials were well-organized and easy to follow, and I liked that I could complete the coursework on my own schedule.
