A parte que mais me gostou foi a gestão de stakeholders e a comunicação eficaz. Os professores foram bem preparados e os materiais didáticos foram de boa qualidade. Eu consegui aprender bastante e aplicar na minha empresa. A única coisa que achei um pouco fraca foi a parte de orçamento, mas de resto foi tudo bem. Eu recomendo para quem quer se especializar em gerenciamento de projetos.
