The course provided me with a good understanding of the concepts and principles of quality assurance, and I appreciated the examples and case studies that were used to illustrate the points. The course materials were also relevant and well-structured. I particularly liked the fact that the course was flexible and allowed me to balance my work and study commitments. However, I felt that some of the topics could have been explored in more depth, and I would have liked to see more interaction with the instructors.
