I found the course materials to be very informative, with plenty of diagrams, charts, and tables to illustrate key concepts. The instructors were also very knowledgeable and provided helpful feedback on my assignments. One of the most useful things I learned was how to use the ADDIE model to design and develop effective training programs. I've already started using this knowledge in my work as a corporate trainer, and I'm seeing some positive results. Overall, I'd recommend this course to others, but I think it could be improved with more video lectures and multimedia content.
