I took the Exzutiv-Entwicklungsprogramm in Gemeinschaftspsychologie (Advanced) course to improve my understanding of community psychology and its applications in my work as a social worker. The course was really well-structured, with a good balance of theoretical and practical content. The instructors were also very knowledgeable and responsive, which was great. One area for improvement would be the provision of more opportunities for students to interact with each other and share their experiences - this would have enhanced the learning experience and provided more opportunities for networking.
