Consegui alcançar meu objetivo de entender melhor como as emoções influenciam as decisões dos eleitores aqui no Brasil. Um exemplo prático foi o exercício de mapeamento de stakeholders que fiz para um projeto de campanha local – saiu muito útil e já apliquei no trabalho.
