I'm thrilled to have taken the Pediatric Occupational Therapy course at Stanmore School of Business! As an occupational therapist working with children, I was looking to enhance my knowledge and skills in this area. The course content was comprehensive, covering everything from sensory integration to adaptive equipment. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on practical applications, which I've been able to implement in my daily practice. The course materials were of high quality, and the instructors were knowledgeable and responsive. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the course and feel confident in my ability to provide effective occupational therapy services to my pediatric clients.
I found the Pediatric Occupational Therapy course to be really helpful in my work as a therapist in Egypt. The course covered a wide range of topics, from assessment and intervention to working with families and caregivers. I appreciated the focus on culturally sensitive practice, which is essential in my context. The course materials were generally good, although I would have liked more examples from non-Western countries. Still, I felt like I gained a lot of practical knowledge and skills that I can apply in my work. One thing that was really useful was the section on using everyday activities as therapy tools - it's been a game-changer for me!
Oh my gosh, I LOVED this course!!! I'm a pediatric OT in Brazil, and I was a bit skeptical about taking an online course, but it totally exceeded my expectations! The instructors were so passionate and knowledgeable, and the course content was amazing. I loved the way they broke down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language. The examples and case studies were so relevant to my practice, and I felt like I was learning something new and useful every week. The course materials were top-notch, and I appreciated the flexibility of being able to complete the coursework on my own schedule. I've already recommended this course to all my colleagues - it's a must-take for anyone working in pediatric OT!
I took the Pediatric Occupational Therapy course as part of my ongoing professional development as an OT in India. Overall, I found the course to be well-structured and informative, with a good balance of theoretical and practical content. The section on neurodevelopmental disorders was particularly useful, as it's an area I've been wanting to learn more about. I also appreciated the emphasis on evidence-based practice and the use of research to inform clinical decision-making. One area for improvement might be the inclusion of more examples from low-resource settings, as this is a significant challenge in many parts of India. Nevertheless, I felt like I gained a solid foundation in pediatric OT and would recommend the course to others.
