Mein Ziel war es, die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen des europäischen Sportmarktes zu verstehen, und der Kurs hat das exakt geliefert. Besonders nützlich waren die Praxisübungen zum Lizenzrecht und zu Sponsorenverträgen, die ich direkt in meinem Praktikum bei einem Fußballverein anwenden konnte. Die Lehrmaterialien waren top‑aktuell, mit vielen deutschen Gerichtsurteilen und EU‑Richtlinien.
