As a childcare worker in Egypt, I was keen to learn more about the latest research and best practices in child development, and this course provided a comprehensive overview of the field. The course materials were well-organized and easy to follow, and the assessments were challenging but fair. I appreciated the opportunities to reflect on my own practice and think critically about how to apply the concepts learned in the course to my work with children. One area for improvement might be to include more examples or case studies from the Middle East or North Africa, to make the course more relevant to students from these regions.
