Hey guys, I just finished the Clinical Nutrition for Aging Populations course and I'm so glad I took it! The course was really informative and covered a lot of ground, from the basics of nutrition to more advanced topics like nutrition and genetics. I loved that we got to learn about different cultural perspectives on aging and nutrition, it was really eye-opening. The course materials were pretty good, although some of the videos could be more engaging. One thing that really stood out to me was the section on nutrition and dementia, it was so interesting to learn about the latest research in that area. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in nutrition and aging.

I loved that we got to do lots of case studies and group work, it really helped to reinforce my learning.
