The course content was comprehensive and well-structured, with a good balance of theoretical and practical knowledge. I found the modules on energy and water conservation to be particularly useful, as they gave me a lot of ideas for reducing our hotel's environmental impact. The course materials were also of high quality, with plenty of examples and case studies to illustrate key concepts. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include more examples from the Asian hospitality industry, as some of the case studies seemed to be more focused on Western markets. Overall, however, I was very satisfied with the course and would recommend it to others in the field.
