I recently completed the Certificate in Jungian Somatic Psychology at Stanmore School of Business, and I must say it was a life-changing experience. The course content was incredibly comprehensive, covering everything from the fundamentals of Jungian theory to the latest research in somatic psychology. I was particularly impressed by the emphasis on practical application - the course included numerous case studies and exercises that helped me develop a deeper understanding of how to integrate somatic principles into my therapy practice. The quality of the course materials was exceptional, with engaging video lectures, detailed readings, and interactive discussions that really helped to reinforce my learning. Overall, I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to take this course - it's truly helped me achieve my learning goals and I feel much more confident in my ability to support my clients.
I took the Certificate in Jungian Somatic Psychology at Stanmore School of Business and it was a really great experience. The course was pretty intense, but it was worth it - I learned so much about the intersection of Jungian theory and somatic psychology, and how to apply those principles in a practical way. One of the things that really stood out to me was the focus on embodied cognition - I had never really considered how much our bodies influence our thoughts and feelings, but now I see it all the time in my work with clients. The course materials were solid, if a bit dry at times, but the instructors were always available to answer questions and provide feedback. My only suggestion would be to add more diverse perspectives to the curriculum - sometimes it felt a bit too focused on Western approaches. Still, overall I'm really satisfied with the course and I feel like it's helped me become a more effective therapist.

BUT LET ME TELL YOU, this course was absolutely transformative. The instructors were amazing, the course materials were engaging and easy to follow, and the community of students was so supportive and inspiring. I loved how the course emphasized the importance of self-reflection and personal growth - it really helped me develop a deeper understanding of myself and my own somatic experiences. And the practical skills I gained? Absolutely invaluable. I've already started incorporating somatic principles into my yoga classes and the feedback from my students has been amazing. If you're considering taking this course, DO IT. You won't regret it.
I recently completed the Certificate in Jungian Somatic Psychology at Stanmore School of Business, and I must say it was a thoroughly enjoyable and enriching experience. As a psychologist working in a clinical setting, I was keen to expand my knowledge of Jungian theory and its applications in somatic psychology. The course provided a detailed and comprehensive overview of the subject matter, with a particular emphasis on the theoretical underpinnings of somatic psychology. I appreciated the way the course materials were organized, with clear headings and concise summaries that made it easy to follow along. The instructors were also very responsive to questions and provided thoughtful feedback on assignments. One area for improvement might be to include more case studies or examples from diverse cultural contexts - sometimes the course felt a bit too focused on Western examples. Nonetheless, I feel like I gained a lot of valuable insights and practical skills from the course, and I'm excited to apply them in my work with clients.
