I took the Implementation Science in Mental Health Services course to improve my understanding of how to effectively implement new interventions in my organization. The course content was really helpful in achieving my learning goals, and I appreciated the flexibility of the online format. One of the most valuable takeaways for me was learning about the different frameworks and models for implementation science, such as the Exploration, Preparation, Implementation, and Sustainment (EPIS) framework. I also gained practical skills in conducting stakeholder analyses and developing implementation plans. While some of the course materials could be improved, overall I was satisfied with the course and would recommend it to others in the field.
