As a hospitality professional in Dubai, I was looking to expand my knowledge of the wine and beverage industry, and this course provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The course materials were of high quality, with detailed notes and relevant case studies, and the instructors were expert in their field. I particularly appreciated the section on wine and food pairing, which gave me a lot of useful insights into how to create innovative and profitable beverage menus. One area for improvement could be to include more examples from the Middle Eastern region, as some of the content was more geared towards Western markets. Nevertheless, I'm very satisfied with what I learned and would recommend the course to others in the industry.
