I recently completed the Investigative Interviewing Techniques course at Stanmore School of Business, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The course content was very comprehensive and helped me achieve my learning goals. I gained practical knowledge on how to conduct effective interviews, which I was able to apply immediately in my job as a detective. The course materials were of high quality and very relevant to my profession. I was particularly impressed with the section on active listening and non-verbal communication. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the course and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their interviewing skills.
I took the Investigative Interviewing Techniques course at Stanmore School of Business and found it to be quite useful. The course content was well-structured and covered all the key topics I was expecting. I appreciated the focus on building rapport and establishing trust with interviewees, as well as the discussion of common pitfalls and mistakes to avoid. The course materials were of good quality, although I did find some of the reading assignments to be a bit dry at times. One of the most useful things I learned was how to use body language and non-verbal cues to build rapport and put interviewees at ease. Overall, I would recommend the course to others, although I do think it could be improved with some more interactive elements and opportunities for feedback and discussion.
